This supplementary document contains a summary and conclusions of the conference, the welcome address, the official opening address, the closing address and 13 last minute papers to the sessions headed: policy and legislation; methodology of environmental impact assessment; technology for the re-use of waste materials. 3 of these papers have been abstracted separately. The main volume of proceedings contains 84 papers, 16 of which have been abstracted separately
