Phase diagrams of As2Se3-InI3 and As2Se3-GeI4 systems
Description
The diagrams of the states of the As2Se3-InI3 and As2Se3-GeI4 systems have been plotted and studied by the methods of differential thermal, X-ray phase, and microstructure analyses. In the As2Se3-InI3 system an incongruently melting compound 3As2Se3x7InI3 has been found. Both systems are stable diagonals of the corresponding triple mutual systems
