Study of cesium adsorption on molybdenum and tungsten
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev. Inst. Metallofiziki
Description
The concentration dependece is obtained for the work function and adsorption heat of cesium for face (110) of tungsten and molybdenum as well as for polycrystalline molybdenum. It is shown that the energy of cesium adsorption interaction up to the optimal coating for face (110) of W is greater than for (110) of Mo. Cesium absorption heat on polycrystalline molybdenum is less than on (110) of Mo. The degree of surface purification from impurities has an essential effect on the course of dependences phi(n) and q(n)
