Study on the method of measuring the wall thickness of special bellows
- 1. Research Institude of Physical and Chemical Engineering of Nuclear Industry, Tianjin (China)
Description
Special bellows are key parts of a special equipment. The accurate measurement of wave parameters of bellows can provide a theoretical basis for evaluating and calculating the mechanical properties of bellows. Wall thickness is one of the main waveform parameters of bellows, which has a great influence on the performance of bellows. The measurement of the wall thickness is always a difficult problem. Through the research and design of a special device, the measured position of the inner wall of bellow is simulated by using special device and the positioning of the bellow is realized through a special positioning method. The accurate measurement of the wall thickness is realized through a special positioning method. The accurate measurement of the wall thickness is realized by establishing a suitable measuring program. A method for measuring the wall thickness of special bellows is established for the first time. (authors)
