Studies of on-stream energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis technology for rare earths. Interelement effects and mathematic models for calibration
Description
Y, La, Sm and Gd, as representatives, were chosen from the fifteen rare earth elements to make up various testing samples. Studies were carried out in depth on absorption-enhancement effects among elements, theoretical and experimental alpha coefficients, calibration mathematic models, background removal and back scattering internal standards
