Quality control of Tc-99m - dextran in vitro and in vivo
Description
Dextran preparations, with three different molecular weights (70000, 90000 and 500000), have been tested for evaluating its potential as lymphoscintigraphic agents. Two labelling techniques have been reported. The aim was to compare these methods and to find an optimal technique for determining the labelling efficiency. (author)
