The consideration for developing a device to optimize the quality of the single-particle beam

The factors influencing on the beam quality in the device of single-particle beam were overall analyzed and a new method for optimizing this quality was put forward. This optimization method is to reduce the diameter of the collimator exit in the device of single-particle beam by a device including the units for the precise measurement of beam emittance and the automatic adjustment of beam focus
