A few mistakes in widely used data files for fn configurations calculations

Description
Several errors were detected in the widely used computer files of reduced matrix elements of spin-other-orbit and electrostatically correlated spin-orbit interactions for fn configurations (n=2-7). The correct values are tabulated and the effects of the above-mentioned errors on published calculated spectra are considered
