Is the Z0 observed in panti p collisions a composite object

Creators

Description

If the Z0 boson is made of colored subconstituents it can be produced in panti p (and pp) collisions through the subprocess gluon+gluon->Z0+gluon. The rate is estimated from the Z0-γ mixing parameter and found comparable to that of the Drell-Yan process. Events with a large psub(T) Z0 and a large psub(T) balancing gluon should be observed at the panti p collider. (orig.)
