Analysis of structure of hexagonal boron nitride powders

Description

By the method of electron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis structural features of certain BNh brands fabricated by domestic industry were studied. According to the type of structural perfection all the powders studied can be divided into 2 groups. Powders with highly crystalline hexagonal structure, in which microdistortions between the layers are absent, belong to group 1. Group 2 comprises less highly ordered boron nitrides, in which microdistortions were detected
