Growth and spectroscopic study of BaLn2(MoO4)4 single crystals

Description
Using Czochralski method monocrystals BaLp2 (Ma04)4 (Ln=rare earth) have been grown. Using the methods of IR and Raman spectroscopy, spectra of monocrystals BaLn2 (MoO4)4 and polycrystal samples of that class compounds are studied. Vibration frequencies are attributed to different sublattices
