Method to study corrosion resistance of stainless steels, extrapolation of results to industrial realizations
Description
In a brief survey risks of corrosion of stainless steels are determined by four parameters: pH, Cl content, oxidative power and temperature. Electrochemical corrosion tests, screen tests and loss of weight in immersion tests are examined. An example of corrosion resistance to seawater is given

Apres un bref apercu des risques de corrosion des aciers inoxydables definis par quatre parametres: pH, teneur en chlore, pouvoir oxydant et temperature, on decrit les essais de corrosion electrochimique, les essais acceleres et la perte de poids dans les essais d'immersion.
