A comparison of absorbed dose simulated by computer and measured experimentally for electron beam

Description
A semiempirical code ED510 which can simulate depth-dose distribution of the energy deposition of electron beam in multilayer absorbers is described. The absorbed dose of electron beam computed by ED510 code is compared with the experimental result measured by graphite absorbed-dose calorimeter, and their deviation is between 3%
