Refined crystal structure of Na3AlBeSi2O8 with three-dimensional skeleton from tetrahedrons of three types
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Kristallografii
Description
The previously deciphered structure Na3AlBeSi2O8 is refined by the least squares method using 1258 reflections obtained with the CAD-4F Enraf-Nonius autodiffractometer from a spherical sample, up to R=0.044 in an isotropic approximation and R=0.027 - in an anisotropic one. A mixed type skeleton of discrete tetrahedrons of three types: [SiO4]4-, [AlO4]5- and [BeO4]6- constitutes an architectural base of the compound. Interatomic distance and valence angles are presented
