Spectrum of the nuclear γ-transitions in a symmetric polyatomic molecule
Description
The γ-spectrum of a nucleus in the center of mass of a polyatomic molecule is considered as depending on the variation of the vibrational state of the molecule on emission or absorption of a γ-quantum by the nucleus. Expressions are obtained which determine the probabilities of vibrational-nuclear transitions for symmetric molecules and also the intensities of the components of the emission and absorption γ spectra
