This is the symposium on First Asian Free Electron Laser conference, including fifty entries of Bibliographies with abstracts. The main topics are as following: the design, construction, theoretical analysis, computerized simulation and calculation and status report, respectively, about free electron laser and its components. The meeting was organized by Institute of High Energy Physics and Chinese Particle Accelerator Society, and held in Beijing, China, on May 27-30, 1993
