Description

This paper describes a computer code based on the statistical compound nucleus model and the pre- equilibrium hybrid model or the multi-step compound emission model. Angular momentum conservation is observed throughout the whole calculation. The models, the structure of the code and the content of input and output are described. The validation of the calculations by comparison with experimental data for some neutron induced reactions is also presented
