Study of the possibility of use of α-Si:H solar elements in photovoltaic thermal converters
Description
The results of experiments on the effect of temperature and light on the efficiency of solar cells based on α-Si:H are presented. It is shown that the solar cells based on α-Si:H technology are suitable for use in PV/T to generate thermal energy of a higher temperature than that generated with the use of crystalline silicon cells.
