Nickel effect on properties of Cu1.8-xNixMo6S8 superconducting compounds

Description
Effect of Ni additions on properties of Cu1.8-xNixMo6S8 superconducting compound is investigated. Critical temperature Tc, resistance under normal conditions near Tc, specific resistance temperature dependence ρ(T) and the second critical magnetic field dependence Hc2(T) are measured. Measurements of the Hall EMF and magnetic susceptibility are performed for a number of samples. It is ascertained, that the dependence Tc(X) in the investigated case differs from the theoretical. Abrihosov-Gorkov dependence. An assumption is made, that such a dependence may be due to the fact that apart from charge carrier magnetic scattering nonmagnetic scattering takes place
