Impact on safety and radiation protection standard operating procedures and internal emergency plans in case of high dose rate brachytherapy
Description
Emergency situations are the result of unplanned events where there may be (accidents) or not(incidents)likely to exceed the dose limits. In this regard, it is essential to define a set of actions to perform in the event that increases the risk radiological emergency predictable. We analyze here the case of a unit of high-rate brachytherapy.
