Description
Based on new complex relativistic transformations, comprising, apart from standard boosts, orbital and intrinsic rotations, transformations of complex wave vector, describing both plane and spiral waves are considered. As a result of these transformations a generalized Doppler effect occurs taking account of a possibility of intrinsic rotation of the light source. Resulting from the motion and rotation of the light source its emission spectrum is shifted both to its red and blue part depending on the values of motion or rotation rates and angles between their directions
