GDR decay from hot rotating 192Pt

  • 1. Dept. of Nuclear and Atomic Physics, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai (India)

Description

In this paper an experiment have been reported to search for rare shape-phase transition in excited 192Pt nucleus. The experiment was driven by theoretical predictions of two critical temperature of phase transitions in several nuclei in the same mass region, namely in 192Pt nucleus
