Optical polarization of nuclear moments in silicon with one-dimensional defects
- 1. AN SSSR, Leningrad. Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst.
Description
Effect of magnetic ordering of electrons of dislocation broken bonds (DBB) on nuclear moment optical polarization (NOP) characteristics was studied. Silicon p-type monocrystals with deformation degree 5.1% were investigated. Optical pumping was carried out by non-polarized light in a magnetic field H0=200 Oe. The temperature varied from 8 K to 77 K. Temperature dependences of NOP degree and the time of nuclear spin-lattice relaxation taking account of spin diffusion on the temperature are presented. The obtained dependences are the direct proofness of magnetic ordering in DBB system via triplet centre moving along them
