Description
This paper summarizes the actions to be taken in a large re-start and backfitting project such as the Fenix project. It describes the organization, planning and financial management, safety criteria and licensing procedures, safety concept report, health and safety. The results from the unique full system decontamination of the reactor pressure vessel is described. The project is still ongoing and therefore other results and lessons learnt are not reported.
