Cross-border nuclear phaseout? On the possibility of prevention of nuclear fuel delivery to nuclear power plants in European countries
Description
The German nuclear phaseout cannot prevent the operation of nuclear power plants in neighboring countries. Recently the question arose whether the German administration could prevent the delivery of nuclear fuel to nuclear power plants in European countries. The authors conclude that such an administrative regulation would be in conflict with paragraph 3 of the German Atomic Law and the EURATOM law.
