Modelling the PWR primary loop tubes
Description
The primary loop tubes simulation has been studied and a suitable numerical model has been developed in the present report. The main, purpose of the modelling is the reproduction of the accurate thermohydraulic phenomena which occur during the most representative operational transients. The cold leg lumped parameter model has been analyzed and its results have shown an unacceptably high deviation from the theoretical results. (author)
