X-ray devices after the year 2000: maximum information with minimum doses

  • 1. Nauchno-Prakticheskij tsentr Meditsinskoj radiologii, Moscow (Russian Federation)

Description

World general tendencies in the development of X-ray diagnostic engineering are analysed. It is shown that further modernization of the X-ray equipment will be based on the introduction of telemetry, computer technologies, amorphous Silicon X-ray detectors, digital techniques. technologies based on information dimensional conversion may become the revolutional decision. It is proposed that in the first half of century to come the problem of automatic analysis of diagnostic images will be solved
