The order α2sub(s) energy-energy correlation function at small angles

Description
The coefficients that give the small angle (back-to-back) behavior of the energy-energy correlation function in e+e- annihilation are calculated at order αsub(s)2 from previous all order, small angle formulas. The purpose is to facilitate comparison with all angle, order αsub(s)2 calculations. (orig.)
