Description
The counting system is developed by using Gray counter based on CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device). Only one bit is changed when Gray counter is working, whenever the data is always accurate from Gray counter, while that appears a little error from Binary counter. Result of software simulation and testing shows that there is no dead time between time bins and no double counting in the multiscaler. (authors)
