Ferromagnetic quantum phase transition in Sr1-xCaxRuO3 thin films

Description
The series Sr1-xCaxRuO3 shows a continuous evolution from itinerant electron ferromagnetism with TC∼160 K (x=0) towards a paramagnetic metallic state at x=1. For thin films, which have been grown epitaxially on SrTiO3 and NdGaO3 substrates by metalorganic aerosol deposition technique, we present electrical transport measurements extended to mK temperatures and in applied magnetic fields. We also investigated nonlinear transport at high current densities in the non-Fermi liquid regime for microstructured thin films.
