Effects of hafnium alloying and heat treatment on electrical properties of silicon single crystals
Description
Effects of hafnium alloying and heat treatment of grown ingots on silicon crystal radiation properties are studied. It is established that change under radiation effect of specific electric resistance in silicon monocrystals annealed with the purpose of eliminating thermodonors and in hafnium-alloyed crystals without thermal processing is practically the same
