Theory of solitons of electromagnetic wave envelopes in a magnetoactive plasma

Description

Solitons of electromagnetic wave envelopes the magnetoactive plasma, propagating along the constant magnetic field are studied. Striction and relativistic nonlinearities as well as the nonlinear dependence of the plasma particle momentum cross to external field on wave amplitude, are taken into account. It is shown that the latter nonliniarity should be taken into consideration under the same conditions that the nonstationary part of the ponderomotive force of the electromagnetic wave pressure on the plasma
