Joint action of radiation and external factors on parameters of solar cells
Description
The brief review of publications on joint action of radiation and external factors on parameters of solar cells is presented. In space under the action of radiation the photo energetic parameters of solar cells are degraded and their service life is increased. The role of other external factors (illumination, temperature, electric field) is shown. The influence of direction of electron flux on solar cells is considered. It was shown that the degradation speed of photo energetic parameters of solar cells depended on irradiation direction. (A.D. Avezov). 18 refs.; 3 figs
