Foundations of rational multiphase flow and heat-transfer field equations
Description
The development of multiphase field equations and computer programs during the decade 1970 to 1980 is reviewed. The two major reasons for such a review are: (1) to acquaint the participants of this conference with the richness of research accomplished; and, (2) to present our recommendations on how we might bring multiphase flow and heat transfer to a reasonably mature and rational level of development in the decade 1980 to 1990. 86 references
