Description

A new technology for creation of meat food products for prophylactic nutrition is developed. The new meat products contain natural additives with proven antiradiation properties such as anthociana, pectin and vitamins. The examinations of three products showed moderate decontaminating effects in relation to radiocesium. In case of total external irradiation these food products have an pronounced radioprotective effect on haemopoiesis. (author)
