The role of x-ray technicians in the safety of radiotherapy treatments

The search for security has always been at the heart of the practice of the profession of manipulator in Radiotherapy and methodology of training based on learning, focusing on the individual approach, query, questioning and evaluation involved in development of real expertise in this field. In radiotherapy, radiographers carry out missions and tasks in different areas of this specialty. In each of these sectors, the presence of this professional contributes to the safety of treatment, because it plays an important role in the organization and management of these treatments. Through its activities, within a radiotherapy department, the manipulator is a link in a chain serving the patient in a framework ensuring the safety of treatment.
