Description

This guide presents the Territorial Dialogue process which aims at creating a climate of confidence and dialogue for the development of a methanization project which will therefore respect each other's needs. Based on returns on experience, it provides advices and testimonies of farmers for the different steps of this process which comprises the following tasks: knowing and understanding the neighbourhood (how the project is perceived and how to present it), being ready for dialogue (listening to everybody, and answering, while paying attention to the fact that communication is not dialogue), providing a clear information without willing to convince (to tell the truth, to make all useful information available), organizing and valorizing dialogue, and inscribing the project within the territory
