Description
In order to achieve great improvements in safety performance, operating performance, economic efficiency, development and use of advanced fuel is one good option in Chinese Qinshan CANDU reactor, such as 37M bundle, Flexible fuel (RU and Th) and Internally cooled annular fuel (ICAF) bundle. This paper summarized their development, design, manufacture and verification test and implementation plan in recent more than ten years. This paper discusses research and development plan in future ten years. (author)
