Process and device for extending the service life of a suspended matter or other depth filter
Description
The quantity of fine dust, which can be stored by the filter until the pressure loss is reached at which replacement is necessary, is to be increased. The relevant humidity of the air flow at rising differential pressure at the filter, which is due to the load or at the latest when the maximum value of differential pressure is reached, remains at a value set below 100%, until the differential pressure stabilizes close to that for the unloaded filter. Die Feinstaubmenge, die vom Filter gespeichert werden kann, bis derjenige Druckverlust erreicht ist, der einen Austausch erfordert, soll erhoeht werden. Die relevante Feuchte des Luftstromes bei ansteigendem Differenzdruck am Filter, der auf die Beladung zurueckzufuehren ist, oder spaetestens bei Erreichen eines Hoechstdruckwertes fuer den Differenzdruck, bleibt auf einen Wert unter 100% eingestellt, bis sich ein Differenzdruck nahe dem fuer das unbeladene Filter stabilisiert.
