Evolution of electromagnetic waves from a point source in the Schwarzschild field
Description
The problem on electromagnetic radiation of a source, which is in the gravitational field not far from the black hole, is considered. Total class of accurate axial-symmetric resolutions of eikonal equation is found. Field tensor components in high frequency approximation are obtained. The expression for intensity of radiation observed depending on the distance between the black hole and the source and on the angle between directions of the black hole-observed and the black hole-source if found. The black hole-usual star system, revolving around its general mass center, is shown to be observed as an object of variable brightness
