Assessment of cardiac changes in congenital fistulas of the coronary arteries on the base of X-ray findings

The paper is devoted to analysis of clinical and X-ray findings of 35 patients with congenital fistulas of the coronary arteries. The analysis of X-ray findings with account of the anatomical type of defect and its hemodynamic characterization has shown the following X-ray changes in fistulas of the coronary arteries: an increase in cardiac cavities which are a receiving chamber of the fistula, and hypervolemia of the lesser circulation in fistula drainage into the right cavities.
