Description

The European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road (ADR) has been signed in Geneva (Switzerland) on September 30, 1957 and deposited with the Secretary of the United Nations. This Agreement defines the dangerous goods, the means of transportation, safety problems related to international transport of hazardous and radioactive materials by road, rights and liabilities of the Contracting Parties, ratification, dispute settlement, etc. This Amendment 1 contains Amendments to the 1985 edition, changing some definitions and expanding the list of hazardous materials, adding some equipment regulations. These amendments entered into force on 1 January 1988
