Deep flash photolysis of the emulsion nanocrystals of silver iodobromide upon intense interband excitation
- 1. Vavilov State Optical Institute, All-Russia Scientific Center, St. Petersburg, 199034 (Russian Federation)
Description
A number of features of the photolytic formation of a precipitate in nanocrystals of the holographic emulsions of silver halides are studied experimentally at extremely high intensities of pulse radiation inducing direct interband transitions. Drastic changes in spectra of precipitates are found when exciting radiation intensity exceeded a threshold level, which corresponds to the calculated density of absorbed photons equal or higher than the concentration of ions of a nanocrystal lattice
