Description
In this paper, the characteristics and measurement requirements of the output signal of a multi-channel air ionization chamber dose detector are focused. Using a multi-channel charge sensitive integrated preamplifier (ASIC), the synchronous signal amplification, processing and acquisition of micro current signal from a 1024-channel air ionization chamber dose detector are realized. The experiment was carried out under the 6 MV (30 MU/min) medical accelerator. The charge was about 0.15 pC in 10 ms integral time and the sensitivity was about 3 nC/G. The results show that the measurement system with this preamplifier fits for the requirements, and can be used in the multi-channels dose measurement system. (author)
