Description
Basic equations are derived for the calculation of the equilibrium of CO in contact with C- and O-containing metallic solutions and its change due to the evaporation of volatile oxides. The equations are used for the discussion of some typical examples. Reactions in the Ta-C-O system are considered more detailed since for this system relevant experimental results are available. Es werden Gleichungen diskutiert, mit deren Hilfe die Verschiebung des CO-Gleichgewichtes ueber C- und O-haltigen Mischphasen als Folge der Abdampfung fluechtiger Oxide berechnet werden koennen. Sie werden durch einige typische Beispiele erlaeutert. Insbesondere werden Berechnungen fuer die Vorgaenge im System Tantal-Kohlenstoff-Sauerstoff beschrieben, fuer das entsprechende Messungen vorliegen. (orig.)Additional details
