Implementation of a consistent inverted annular flow model in RELAP5/MOD2
Description
Following a hypothetical loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) in a light water reactor during the reflooding phase, inverted annular flow (IAF) can be an important regime. The aim of this work is to show how a consistent and physically sound IAF model can be implemented in RELAP5/MOD2
