The remote space X-ray imaging spectrometer system and its software for the moon exploration of Chang'E mission

Description

The lunar exploration Chang'E mission is one of the important China space projects. The Remote Space X-ray Imaging Spectrometer System is one of the key payloads of Chang'E Mission for the Moon Exploration. It consists of a solar monitor, an X-ray fluorescence imaging spectrometer, the electronics system and its software. In this paper, the instrumental configuration and principle, the electronics and the software structure, and the key performances and some of measurement results of the space x-ray imaging spectrometry are presented.
