Phase relations and structure peculiarities of Pr-Ti-O system films
- 1. Kievskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Kiev (Ukraine)
Description
Effect of deposition temperature (Tdep) on phase composition and structure of Pr-Ti-P system films was investigated to determine conditions of formation of praseodymium titanates in them. It is shown that phase formation in Pr-Ti-O system films is dictated by tdep, which affects the oxygen content in the system and diffusion processes, resulting to synthesis of titanates of different composition. Phase composition of films at tdep=100-1200 deg C corresponds to state diagram of TiO2-PrO1-.-5 system. Increase of tdep promotes crystallite enlargement in the films and their oriented growth
