Magnetic field transducer based on the compensated silicon
- 1. Tashkentskij Gosudarstvennyj Tekhnicheskij Univ. im. A.R. Beruni, Tashkent (Uzbekistan)
Description
The effect of the negative magnetic resistance (NMR) in the silicon compensated by the manganese and the possibility of its application in the magnetic field transducers are studied. It is shown, that the sensitivity of the semiconductor transducers on the silicon basis compensated by the manganese with application of the NMR, may under certain conditions exceed the sensitivity of the transducers on the positive magnetic resistance basis by more than 10 times
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
