Kinetics of sintering of dispersed molybdenum-copper cmpositions

  • 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev. Inst. Problem Materialovedeniya

Description

Kinetics of solid- and liquid-phase sintered is studied for pseudoalloyed molybdenum-copper compositions, containing 10, 20 and 40 % Cu, depending on homogeneity of components distribution in the charge of similar dispersivity. Specimens, produced from mixtures of three types, had identical primary porosity - 40%. Specimens caking quality is stated to depend on homogeneity of components distribution in them. Finite porosity of compact material made of the same mixture is not lower than 10-13 %. In the case of homogeneous components distribution in the mixture (reduced chemical compound and oxides mixture), zonal isolation was not manifested and sintering had active character
